Afton, that's actually a Model II, which was new at the time. Also new was the Garfield Mount, and low mode, and two-handed operating.... Much of what is commonplace today with Steadicam, both in tools and technique, were developed during The Shining. It still stands as a highwater mark. By the way, stepframe through the part where the camera passes by Garrett and check out the hands....
